The Paleo blends are great for those who don't want sugar in their bars or are eliminating sugar from their diet.

Tasting Notes & Cacao %: Even though the cacao percentage is not at 100%, the cacao % listed is a ratio of cacao to ingredients added unless otherwise noted. Sugarless bars will still have a slightly bitter taste, but not as strong as 100% cacao.

Our Cacao Beans are Different

We use an old technique called the Mayan method where the beans are less acidic and less bitter while maintaining a higher level of antioxidants. Taste the difference.

Our beans are specially fermented for less than 3 days. This creates less acidity. Research has shown that less days of fermentation means more flavanols are maintained in the chocolate.
