CANCELLATION POLICY
If the customer needs to cancel the order for any reason, contact ChocoVivo as soon as possible after the order is placed. If the order has not been dispatched, the full amount of the order will be refunded, including the shipping cost. In cases where the order has been dispatched, the customer is required to contact ChocoVivo and let us know they will receive the order and set it back.
Cancellation is not valid until the customer has confirmed with ChocoVivo by email and this email has been acknowledge by ChocoVivo.
Refunds
For cancelled orders, orders will be given once the item/s are received in original and unopened condition. ChocoVivo will not refund the original shipping cost if the item was dispatched. Upon arrival of the return, the refund will only be given if the items are in original and unopened condition.
Cancellations are only possible after the order is placed and before the customer receives the order. Contact ChocoVivo as soon as possible to cancel your order, if necessary.
Where stock may be unavailable ChocoVivo reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason.
