We take real espresso coffee beans and vanilla bean pods (the whole pod and little beans) and grind it together with our cacao nibs and unrefined cane sugar.  It’s calling out to the  chocolate and coffee lover.  If you are a big red wine drinker, this is your GO TO chocolate.

Suggested Uses: Sprinkle over coffee or a vanilla bean ice cream, melt it down as a dipping chocolate with a little bit of cream for strawberries, and great melted over a bleu cheese for the Chocolate + Cheese + Bread recipe. Great with a big Red like a Cabernet or Merlot and your ports.
