Learn to taste the difference between Madagascan and Mexican cacao at our Terroir of Chocolate Event, an around the world chocolate tasting Thursday May 25th at 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM. Event is open to all ages. The evening will include:
- Brief global history of chocolate
- Tasting of raw cacao from four different regions
- Explanation of the specific properties and flavor profiles to each bean
- Tasting of four corresponding single-origin bars thanks to our friends at Askinosie, Madécasse, and Dandelion
