Local Orange Blossom Honey
Harvested in Southern California, nectar collected by local bees creates a naturally bright flavor. Reminiscent of the orange groves they frequent our locally sourced honey has a naturally bright flavor profile with fragrant citrus notes and a buttery smooth sweetness.
Light, aromatic, and beautifully balanced, this honey is perfect for drizzling over yogurt, fruit, and warm pastries, stirring into tea, or pairing with cheeses and charcuterie. Its subtle citrus undertones and floral complexity add depth to both sweet and savory dishes.
Sourced from local beekeepers and unprocessed to preserve its natural character, our Orange Blossom Honey showcases the unique flavors of Southern California's agricultural landscape. Taste the sunshine in every jar.
MINIMALLY FERMENTED >LOWER ACID >MORE ANTIOXIDANTS
Our beans are specially fermented for less than 3 days. This creates less acidity. Research has shown that less days of fermentation means more flavanols are maintained in the chocolate.
