Baking Chocolate in large quantities! Our European Style Baking Chocolate comes in three cacao percentages, 60%, 70%, 80%. Made at our Jesus Maria farm using the same type of beans as our stone ground chocolate. What's the difference? This block of chocolate is much more refined with a touch of cacao butter to give the chocolate a beautiful sheen and waterfall effect. We use this chocolate in our chocolate-filled churros and our chocolate dipped strawberries. This is our go-to chocolate for anything that calls for a smoother texture and needs a faster melting point without burning too quickly. Feel free to use this as hot chocolate, grating it over your morning coffee, or just taking a big bite out of it. It's a different style of chocolate, but still from the same type of bean and same farm.
Storage: Break up block by hitting it against your counter. Package up with parchment paper or plastic wrap. 1 year shelf life. Can store in refrigerator or freezer for longer shelf life.
