Not for the faint of heart; pure cacao is a sugarless and a mild, yet soothing, stimulant. It’s just like eating cacao nibs, but in bar form. Because the nibs are minimally roasted and stone ground, the bar releases more flavor notes. Not too harsh or acidic and with a  nice toasty and rich flavor, the 100 percent bar is a great way to enjoy chocolate as a food instead of just a dessert.

Our Cacao Beans are Different

We use an old technique called the Mayan method where the beans are less acidic and less bitter while maintaining a higher level of antioxidants. Taste the difference.

Our beans are specially fermented for less than 3 days. This creates less acidity. Research has shown that less days of fermentation means more flavanols are maintained in the chocolate.
