How To Use
Take 2-3 tablespoons of cacao powder, melt over a small pot of hot water or your favorite alternative milk, and stir thoroughly until smooth. Enjoy your whole bean, ceremonial drink made with organic cacao.

Rich Chocolate: Add 25g per serving or 1.6 Tablespoons
Med/Light: Add 16 g per serving 1 Tablespoon
Light: 12 grams per serving, 3/4 Tablespoon

Our beans are specially fermented for less than 3 days. This creates less acidity. Research has shown that less days of fermentation means more flavanols are maintained in the chocolate.
