A Great starting point for people that are dark chocolate lovers but not yet ready to make the jump to higher cacao percentages, the 65% bar has more texture than all of the Pure Chocolate blends. A great snack in your child’s lunchbox; one-half of a bar contains less sugar than an 8 oz glass of orange juice.

Flavor Notes: Sweet and not too bitter.

Suggested Uses: Sprinkle over yogurt, added to trail mix, steak rub, favorite sauce (chili, spaghetti, mole), or use it in baking where the recipe calls for Dark or Bittersweet chocolate.
