Jesus Maria: Mexican Vanilla Bean and Black Sea Salt 
Cacao %: 85%
Unlike our other vanilla bean infused flavors, this bar features smoky sweet pods harvested directly from the Jesus Maria Plantation in Tabasco, MX. Once a year, a small selection of vanilla bean is grown along side the cacao. The subtle sweetness of this 85% bar is accentuated with Black Sea salt. Tastes like the sweetness of our 75% Cacao bar due to the vanilla beans, but it’s 85%. A fan of extra dark? This is for you!

Macadamia & Coconut

Inspired by Hawaii, this seasonal limited edition bar is the full tropical experience in every bite. The macadamia nuts are coming from San Diego from an ex-Marine turned Macadamia farmer. We take these nuts and grind them with the Cacao Nibs to create a buttery bar. We then top it with dried coconut (without sulfites). The Macadamia Nuts are sweeter than your traditional Hawaiian Macadamia Nuts. Try this and be transported to the Big Island!

Hazelnuts & Sea Salt

One of our most popular flavors. This once rotating Flavor is now a permanent fixture! If you love the creaminess of our cacao butters, this is the bar form! We grind the roasted hazelnuts with cacao nibs, giving this bar a uniquely creamy and luxurious texture dark chocolatey texture.

Seasonal: Simple Abundance

It's the end of citrus season and we've taken farmers market citrus, ground them into our cacao and drizzled it with EVOO & Sea Salt! It's a dark bar with light, citrusy bits of Cara Cara Orange and Meyer Lemon at the end. The EVOO gives a nice texture that is still gritty, but smooth. Think of it as a Vegan Citrus Chocolate Chiffon cake, in a bar! Ingredients:  Organic Cacao Nibs, Organic Sugar, Dried Cara Cara Oranges, Dried Meyer Lemons, Almonds (May Contain Tree nuts, Peanut-Free).

Seasonal: The Bullet Proof Bar

During these times of being closed off from human touch and experience, we wanted to make a bar where one could find comfort, solace, and have a ritual in a fast-changing upside-down world.  Morning Coffee meets Sensual Hazelnut & Warrior Cacao.  You'll taste deep dark chocolate with the smoothness of hazelnuts and krispy bits of coffee beans running through each and every bite.  Without geeking out too much on the benefits of natural cacao butter, this is a perfect way to slowly start on a paleo or ketogenic diet.  If you don't want to indulge in a little bit of sweetness, try our Unsweetened Hazelnut Butter and Paleo Coffee Bar.  The natural fat from the hazelnuts and cacao nibs are rendered by minimally processing the ingredients through the stone grinder.  Cacao has a natural makeup of around 40 - 50% fat and contains other trace minerals important for optimum functioning of our biology.  Combined with the fat from hazelnuts which contain Vitamin E, manganese, thiamine, folate, and fatty acids to boost brain activity, this bar will be sure to help you get your pajamas off and your jogging pants on for that early morning run.

Nutty, Fruity, and Sweet Cinnamon Spice! Roasted almonds are stone-ground together with our Organic Cacao and Organic Unrefined Cane Sugar to create a creamy luscious texture, accented with sweet Cassia Cinnamon. To top it all off, we sprinkled chopped Organic Black Mission Figs for a fruity spark. The little ig seeds add the final textural touches. Elivera Bar

This is the first ever woman grown & woman-made chocolate bar. Infused with Palo Santo "Holy Wood" for 3 months, this special bar is to empower your ever being and to remind you to Never Stop Looking Up Towards the Light.
Ingredients: Criollo and Trinitario Cacao, Organic Cane Sugar. Infused with Palo Santo Wood.

Apricot + Pistachio + Cardamom
Cacao: 69%
If you like a chunky bar like our Cherries + Almonds + Black Peppercorns, this is the bar for you.  To make this balanced, full flavor bar, we ground whole green cardamom seeds in with our Organic Cacao Nibs, then folded in Hand chopped Pistachios and chunks of Turkish Dried Apricots. Its nutty, buttery, chunky, and spiced like Chai. 
Ingredients:  Organic Cacao Nibs, Organic Sugar,Organic Turkish Apricots, Chopped Pistachios and Green Cardamom.

Ginger + Vanilla

We brought this back, because it was so popular and as the weather starts to cool, we need something to soothe those colds and allergies.  How we made the bar:  We took Mexican Vanilla beans from our farm and stone ground it with our organic cacao nibs. Grinding real vanilla bean pods with our nibs to give the bar an aromatic sweetness that only real Vanilla bean pods can do.  We topped the bar with candied ginger.  Ingredients:  Cacao Nibs, Organic Sugar, Mexican Vanilla Beans, Candied Ginger. 

Cara Cara Oranges + Star Anise
Cacao %: 80%
Citrus is here and we took cara cara oranges from the farmers market and dried them and stone ground them in with some star anise.  Star anise is traditionally used in Vietnamese cuisine.  We added a touch of cassia cinnamon and black peppercorns to round out the flavor.  Overall tasting notes are citrus with licorice and a sweet and savory flavor.  It was a hit at our Whiskey & Chocolate Pairing where we paired this with Greenbar Distillery's Slowhand Whiskey.  Ingredients:  Organic Cacao Nibs, Organic Sugar, Dried Cara Cara Oranges, Star Anise, Black Peppercorns, Cassia Cinnamon.

Turkey Stuffing Bar - November

Sweet with a touch of savory, hints of cinnamon, spice, nuts and herbs. This bar is PERFECT for the holiday season. Embrace this bar as an excellent accent to any dish, as a quick and easy dessert or just break off pieces and let it melt in your mouth with home-y comfort and delicate crunch. Ingredients:  Organic Cacao Nibs, Brown Sugar, Cranberries, Walnuts, Pecans, Cloves, Cinnamon, Peppercorns, Sage, Rosemary, EVOO, Sea Salt

Pumpkin Ginger Spice 
Cacao %: 75% with Cane Sugar  or  97% Paleo with Coconut Sugar
Fall is in the air an we are inspired! We toasted whole seasonal spices and stone ground them with pumpkin seeds, cacao nibs and cane sugar to create a creamy, complex bar. We then accented these fall flavors and textures by sprinkling whole pumpkin seeds, chopped candied ginger and a tad bit of cacao nibs across the top! This buttery, smooth, and slightly crunchy bar reminds us of prancing through fallen golden leaves... a perfect way to embrace cuddle weather!  Sweetened Bar Ingredients:  Organic Cacao Nibs, Organic Sugar, Pumpkin Seeds, Candied Ginger, Cinnamon, Black Peppercorn, Cloves, Nutmeg, Star Anise, Sea Salt.  Paleo Bar Ingredients (97%):  Organic Cacao Nibs, Pumpkin Seeds, Coconut Sugar, Candied Ginger, Cinnamon, Black Peppercorn, Cloves, Nutmeg, Star Anise, Sea Salt.

Lavender + Ginger +  Hibiscus

Lavender continues!  We took more lavender buds and combined them with hibiscus and topped it with candied ginger.  Every bite will have a piece of ginger with a slightly sour note from the hibiscus.  Lavender helps reduce emotional stress, anxiety, improve sleep, reduce acne, and improve brain function.  Hibiscus, a reddish flower, aids in digestion and decreasing blood pressure.  Ginger, a rhizome which grows underground, contains Gingerol which is the main bioactive compound in ginger.  It's responsible for much of its medicinal properties and is anti-inflammatory.  This antioxidant bar will make you feel ever so young and strong so don't be afraid to pick this up today!  Ingredients:  Cacao Nibs, Organic Sugar, Lavender Buds, Hibiscus Flowers, Candied Ginger

Blueberries + Lavender

Spring is almost here to wash away winter blues!  Our bar this month will make you feel refreshed!  We took local Lavender buds and ground them with our cacao nibs and sprinkled them with wild blueberries.  This bar is a fan favorite that has returned!  Ingredients:  Cacao Nibs, Organic Sugar, Lavender Buds, Sweetened Blueberries.

Indonesian Vanilla Bean and Himalayan Pink Sea Salt

Indonesian Vanilla Beans have a sweet and unique woody and smokey flavor. Himalayan Pink Sea Salt's natural mineral qualities give it a beautiful tint and added health benefits. Combined with natural stone ground cacao at 85%, this bar boasts an earthy and not-too-sweet flavor. Sprinkled with a touch more of the wonderful Pink Salt, this bar's sparkle is sure to make anyone's mouth water!  Ingredients: Cacao Nibs, Organic Sugar, Indonesian Vanilla Beans, Himalayan Pink Salt

Blood Orange + EVOO + Sea Salt

We got the last of the California winter blood oranges and was able to make a batch of a Blood Orange bar.  Blood oranges were sliced and slowly dried to retain its natural sweetness.  We then ground this with our cacao nibs and drizzled extra virgin olive oil to give it a nice creaminess.  The last finishing touch is sea salt.  Float into a field of citrus and dark chocolate with this delectable bar!  Want a no-sugar version!  Click here!  Ingredients:  Cacao Nibs, Organic Sugar, Organic Blood Oranges, Organic Virgin OIive Oil, Sea Salt.  

Avocado Bar 
Cacao %: 69%
This bar is a summery bar with a hint of kalamansi limes ground into the chocolate.  We drizzled Avocado oil into the bar to give it a velvety texture combined with the signature stone ground taste of ChocoVivo bars.  Great with a Tequila-based cocktail or topped over a scoop of ice cream.  Ingredients:  Cacao Nibs, Organic Sugar, Organic Kalamansi Limes, Avocado Oil, Sea Salt.  

Salted Butter Pecan

Sweet salty and umami. The flavors in this bar will give you an exceptional smooth nutty taste. Great for these winter months where we just need a little pick me up.  Ingredients:  Cacao Nibs, Organic Brown Sugar, Pecan
